Choose Happiness @ Work Online is a multiplayer game that empowers remote teams to learn about the science of thriving at work, and about each other at the same time. Written with Phaser, the game launched 2/19/24 and is available right now.
Only one host/facilitator needs to buy the game; they can invite 3-8 players to join a game session for free using a link:
Once everyone has joined, each player picks a problematic real-world scenario they want everyone to solve later:
After that, everyone does their best to solve the first scenario, using one of 7 science-based solutions:
After everyone has offered a solution, everyone picks the best--and most creative or funny--solution offered by others:
Finally, a results scene shows everyone what happened:
The host/facilitator can decide to end the game after any round, or let the game play through until each player's scenario has been solved.
