Code and Web have just released version 4.0.2 of Texture Packer. This is easily the best tool out there for texture atlas creation, and in 4.0.2 they have added exporters for Phaser, PixiJS and Melon JS to the free version of Texture Packer. So now there's no excuse not to use this awesome tool!
