Fruit Dating is an addictive and beautiful puzzle game from SBC Games. The objective is simple - get the two fruity characters together and watch the hearts fly. But it wouldn't be a puzzle game without a puzzle element - and that is where the tight level design comes in to play. All you do is swipe, but with each swipe everything moves. So it's all about shifting things into the right places. Later levels include baddies that munch on your fruity heroes and sequences that require some serious thought to solve.
The developer (Tom Atom) also posted details about how the game was made to the HTML5 Game Devs Forum. Including links to articles on his site that cover how he handled Spriter integration with Phaser and procedural level generation. Great fun to play and great learning resources too.
